On June 9-10, 2022, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Media literacy in action: experts, government, society” was held in Alma-Ata.
The conference was attended by senior experts working in the field of media and information literacy in the countries of Central Asia. They gave detailed information about the work they are doing in the field.
Beruniy Alimov, director of the NGO “New Media Education Center”, doctor of philology, gave a speech about the work being carried out in the field of media literacy in Uzbekistan. He also answered the questions of the participants.
