A three-day seminar-training on the topic “Wide promotion of women’s rights through the media: overcoming obstacles and responsible coverage in the media” has come to an end in the city of Urganch.
This training was organized by the NGO “New Media Education Center” in cooperation with the US Embassy in Uzbekistan.
Another workshop was held within the project. A workshop was organized for editors and young artists in Khorezm region within the project “Wide promotion of women’s rights through the media: elimination of obstacles and responsible coverage in the media”.
It was attended by the editor-in-chief and creative staff of “Khiva Tongi” newspaper, members of the “Young Journalists” club and students of Ogahi creative school.
